Who is Madison?

  • She grew up in a small town called Peoria/Dunlap, IL

  • Madison graduated high school a semester early in December 2021 eager to see what life had in store for her

  • She then moved to San Antonio, Texas to live with her sister and brother-in-law in hopes to find her calling

  • Madison knew that a traditional 4 year college education was not for her, but wasn’t quite sure of her next steps

  • After being exposed to the Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio, Madison knew that baking and pastry school was where she was meant to be

  • Madison began French baking and pastry school January 2023 in Boulder, CO at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts pursuing an Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts

  • Her intended completion date is March of 2024 after attending an externship starting in January

INTENTIOn

  • Madison has had a dream to open her own unique business incorporating coffee and her own baked goods for her whole teen and adult life

  • While being at baking and pastry school in Colorado, Madison’s eyes have been opened to so many new avenues regarding the baking and pastry world

  • Madison’s classroom studies are due to finish at the end of the 2023 calendar year, but she is set to begin an externship of her choosing beginning in January 2024

  • Although Madison has added passions as she’s gone through her schooling thus far, she hopes to someday fulfill her dream of opening a coffee shop and bakery in a double decker bus
